If your pc running slow then follow these steps to improve your PC performance:
STEP NO 1: update your operating systems & drivers. Write update in search box & click on check for updates.
STEP NO 2: check your RAM memory. open Task Manager & click more details after that click on the performance tab and check your memory status. If your RAM used more memory then add eternal RAM.
STEP NO 3: disable unnecessary program when you open your pc. In task manager select startup and select the program you don't want to start automatically and disable them.
STEP NO 4: remove virus and malware from your pc by using windows defender.
STEP NO 5: if your computer has any corrupted files then check it.
right click on start menu and click Windows PowerShell(Admin) then choose yes after that type sfc /scannow (look at the picture)at the prompt and hit enter.
